What is the remedy for increasing Vitamin D3 in body?
- For D3 sunbath is compulsory  And make a laddu of sesame, coconut , indian peanuts , flaxseed with jaggary. Take 50 GM once in a day
 - To increase Vit d3 , frist we have to understand synthesis of d3... Fat whatever we take is converted(some fraction) into 7-dehydroxycholesterol which converted into cholecalciferol by SKIN  in presence of sunlight...cholecalciferol then converted into 25-dehydroxycholecalciferol by LIVER...25-dehydroxycholecalciferol is converted into 1-25 dehydroxyxholecalciferol(active vit D) by KIDNEY... So skin, liver and kidney all three must work properly to synthesize VitD + dietary sources of cholesterol(cow ghee, cow milk)...daily abhyang following exposure to sunlight is too much helpful...
- Ergocalciferol (plant sources) is found in whole grain...fat is essential as vita D is fat soluble as well as steroid hormone..all steroid hormone made up of cholecterol... If there is poor absorption at the level of GI, we should correct it...in case of liver and kidney problem, attention should be given on this two organ...
- Today more than half people having DM and/or HTN are taking Atorvastatin unnecessary.. Atorvastatin also block de novo synthesis of cholesterol and further VitaD... So atorvastatin must be stop as it hampers liver physiology...person feel general debility after sometime of starting atorva..
