We're using Gallstone churna based on Ashmarihar guti coupled with olive oil and lemon.

This is cure for multiple gallstones? And if how long the treatment should be given? And what is medicine to subside pain that comes along with stones.

Actually I have tried with oil Snehapan and then tivra virechan in few cases. There was success in some cases and failure in some cases. But even a small success is encouraging for me. Need to get written consent from patient to get treatment as indoor patient and all permission for emergency treatment in modern hospital. I also keep ready gastro-entro surgeon on call for that day.
My most successful case is - 21mm GB stone was removed. I do have pre and post sonography reports.

I have used Arogyavardhini ras + kumari + trikatu - 1 gm in morning after bath and at night at time of sleep with Godhruta
Faltrikadi kwath bd
Nityand ras bd
Kalyanak sneh at night at time of sleep alternate day..
previously it was 9mm After 1month its 6mm.. but pain was removed so after that patient not come to me.
Only one patient i have still ..

dravya……….It's make different or not……If obstruction due to stone advised
surgery only…

Vd. Tapan: Wanted to inform about a case . A male patient of 36 years came to me on 6th March afternoon. He had Teevra Dakshina Kukshishoola, Hrillasa and sometimes Chardi, Jvara ( temperature at 12. 30 noon was 99 f ) Sarvanga Daha, Adhmana, Aruchi, Anannabhilasha. Shirah Shoola, Drava Mala Pravritti 2 - 3 times since morning, Teevra Daurbalya, Nidra Khandita due to Shoola. Nadi - Samana - Vyana - Pitta 78 /m Tanu, B. P. 110 / 80, Netra Peetabha, Udara - Shaitya at Yakrit and Parthiva Dhvani, Dakshina Kukshi Peedanashatva, other parts of Udara - Aushnya, Adhmata Dhvani. Jihva Alpa Shvetabha Upalepa.

FBS 130, S. Billirubin 1. 6, SGPT 86, S. Alk. Phosphate 126
Sonography - Gall bladder is distended and shows a calculus 17 mm and debris. Gall bladder wall thickening 6. 4 mm.
Opinion - Calcareous cholecystitis.
The patient was advised by a renowned hospital in Panaji to get immediately operated.
Treatment -
1. Navya Sootashekhara + Guduchi Ghana Pratah Sayam and Vyanodana Kala with warm water.
2. Kapardika + Dhamasa + Patola + Sajjeekshara + Nrisara + Sooryakshara at Samana Kala with Kanakasava 2 - 2 spoons.
3. Laxminarayana + Gairika for high fever.
Today evening the patient had come to the clinic again. Jvara, Chardi, Shoola etc most of the symptoms got relieved by next day itself. Presently only little Adhmana and Udara Gaurava. Peedanashatva is not there. Aushnya - Netra Peetata etc not there. Alpa Adhmata Dhvani. Yakrit Parthiva Dhvani less than before, Shaitya not there. Nadi - Samana - Vyana - Pitta 72 / m Tanu and Laghu.
Now will continue treatment for other symptoms and gall stones.
