How To Remove Uric Acid From Your Joints?


Did you know that the cucumber juice is effective in reducing body temperature, is highly alkalizing and efficient in eliminating uric acid crystallization in joints, like in gout. The slight pain while drinking this juice is a sign of healing.

This is a mixture for removing the old toxins. Thanks to the celery and ginger, the inflammation will be diminished during the cleansing. Perfect combination!

How to Remove Uric Acid Crystallization in Joints (Gout and Joint pain)

Make a juice with the following ingredients:

1 medium sized cucumber
2 ribs of celery
A slice of lemon
1- inch young ginger root
Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients by cleaning them well.
Grate the cucumber on small pieces, depends on the capacity of your juicer.
Prepare the celery ribs and check if there is some dirt left on them.
Split the lemon on two parts. Use the one part and place the other in the fridge.
Carve out the ginger root.
Drink from the mixture once or twice (if you like to enhance the process) at day until you notice the wanted results.

  1. Joint pain ના દર્દીઓનુ uric acid 6 થી વધારે હોય તો ખાલી પેટે કુણી છાલ સહિત બાફેલી દુધી ચાવી જવાના પ્રયોગો સુચવેલા 3 માસ ની સમય અવધી માં સારા પરિણામ મળેલા. (સ્વરસ કલ્પના માં કેટલાંક ને અતિસાર થાય છે.) આ પ્રયોગ માનનીય ડૉ.શ્રી મનુભાઇ કોઠારી MLK (KEM Hospital pune ) ના છે. Alkaline theory લાગુ પડે છે.
